  • How can you provide this service without charging me for it?

    Your healthcare provider pays the associated costs as a patient service for you. They provide us with the billing information that you request and we make it available for you to view and pay at your convenience. Today, more and more organizations realize that service is a winning proposition for all parties.

  • How does YourMedPay work?

    YourMedPay works with select healthcare providers and develops a system to allow them to transfer your billing information over a secure network. Once you are registered, you may review both current and historical records, make one-time payments and set-up recurring payment. Payments may be made by credit cards, debit cards or by electronic checks from your checking account.

  • Why should I choose to use YourMedPay?

    YourMedPay provides a convenient method to pay your bill whenever you have the time available and you can do so with the hassle of writing checks, buying stamps and mailing the envelope.

    Each month, we will email a reminder that your bill is due and you can link to YourMedPay to make your payment or schedule multiple payments and even schedule the date you want to make the payment. You can easily check your payment status at anytime.

    When you pay online, your payment information is encrypted and much safer than writing information on checks or credit card information and returning it with your payment.


  • How do I sign-up?

    Registration is a simple process and takes only a few minutes. You will need to provide your Social Security Number to begin registration (don't worry, our entire site is secure). Your Social Security Number is needed to insure that we are accessing your medical information and it is used in conjunction with other personal information to insure there are no mistakes. After you successfully enter the second step of the process, you will be asked for your email address, date of birth, name, address and phone numbers. Next you will be asked to choose a security question and password. The final step is to read and agree to the HIP and YourMedPay disclosures. The next step will show you a summary of your bills by provider. Details of the bill may be viewed by clicking on them.

  • What computer system is needed?

    Any computer that supports 128-bit encryption with a minimum display resolution of 800 X 600 and has one of following browsers installed:

    Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and above
    Firefox 1.0 and above

  • When will my bills be paid?

    Processing online payments normally take a minimum of two (2) business day to process. It is recommended that you schedule your payments several days before the due date to insure that your payments reach the healthcare provider on time. Our payment system will automatically adjust any payment that falls on a weekend or holiday to revert to the last business day.

    Emergency or same day payments can be made for an additional fee and is usually less that a late fee and can protect you credit record.

  • Do I continue to receive paper statements?

    You should continue to receive paper bills until your first online statement notification arrives to your email address. Once this happens, you will have the ability to print your statements from our site using Adobe Acrobat which is free software that can be downloaded from a link on our site. Receiving electronic bills is a responsible to improve our environment by reducing waste.

  • As a Guarantor, can I review all bills for which I am responsible?

    If you are the guarantor for someone such as a child, spouse, or relative, you should be able to view all bills for which you are responsible. There is always some possibility that some healthcare providers might require additional documents before providing this ability.

  • How does YourMedPay insure that my personal information is private and secure?

    YourMedPay treats your private information as if it were our own. We will never sell, barter or allow the use of your information to or by any third parties. Our entire website is secure and uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology which encrypts the receipt and transmission of your sensitive personal data.
